Sign 3.33. The movement of vehicles with explosive and flammable goods is prohibited

The movement of vehicles carrying explosives and products, as well as other dangerous goods subject to labeling as flammable, is prohibited, except for the cases of transportation of these dangerous substances and products in limited quantities, determined in the manner prescribed by special transportation rules.

Dangerous goods are divided into classes:

cl. 1 - explosives;

cl. 2 - gases compressed, liquefied and dissolved under pressure;

cl. 3 - flammable liquids;

cl. 4 - flammable substances and materials;

cl. 5 - oxidizing substances and organic peroxides;

cl. 6 - poisonous (toxic) substances;

cl. 7 - radioactive and infectious materials;

cl. 8 - caustic and corrosive materials;

cl. 9 - other dangerous substances.

Punishment for violation of the requirements of the mark:

Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation 12.16 part 1 - Failure to comply with the requirements prescribed by road signs or roadway markings, except as provided for by parts 2 and 3 of this article and other articles of this chapter

- a warning or a fine of 500 rubles.

or

Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation 12.21.2 h. 2 Violation of the rules for the transport of dangerous goods, with the exception of cases provided for in part 1 of this article

— fine: for a driver from 1000 to 1500 rubles,

for officials from 5000 to 10000 rubles,

on legal entities from 150000 to 250000 rub.
