Sign 1.2. Level crossing without a barrier

Warns of approaching a railway crossing without a barrier. Outside the settlement (n.p.) it is installed at a distance of 150-300 m, in a settlement - at a distance of 50-100 m. The sign can be installed at a different distance, but the distance is stipulated in Table 8.1.1 "Distance to the object ".

Features:

The driver of the vehicle can only cross the railway tracks by railway crossings, giving way to the train (locomotive, trolley).

Signs 1.1, 1.2 must be repeated outside n. n., while the second sign is installed at a distance of at least 50 m (in total, it is repeated outside n. 6 signs).

Do not:

a) overtaking at railway crossings and closer than 100 m in front of them;

b) stopping and parking at railway crossings;

c) parking lot closer than 50 m from railway crossings;

d) reversal;

e) movement in reverse;

f) carry agricultural, road, construction and other machines through the crossing in a non-transport position;

g) the movement of low-speed vehicles, the speed of which is less than 8 km / h, as well as tractor sledges without the permission of the head of the track;

h) bypass the vehicle standing in front of the closed barrier with the exit to the oncoming lane;

i) to unauthorizedly open the barrier.

Punishment for violation of the requirements of the mark:

Of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation 12.10 h. 1 Crossing a railway track outside a railway crossing, entering a railway crossing with a closed or closing barrier or with a prohibiting signal of a traffic light or a crossing officer, as well as stopping or parking at a railway crossing

- a fine of 1000 rubles. or deprivation of the right to drive a vehicle for a period of 3 to 6 months;

in case of repeated violation - deprivation of the right to drive for 1 year
