Sign 1.13. Steep descent - Signs of traffic rules of the Russian Federation

Installed in n. n. for 50-100 m, outside n. - for 150-300 m, the sign can be installed at a different distance, but the distance is stipulated in Table 8.1.1 "Distance to the object".

Features:

Sign 1.13 can be installed without Table 8.1.1 immediately before a steep descent or ascent.

If there is an obstacle on the slopes indicated by signs 1.13 and 1.14, the driver of the vehicle moving downhill must give way.

Punishment for violation of the requirements of the mark:

Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation 12.14 part 3 Failure to comply with the requirement of traffic rules to give way to a vehicle enjoying the preemptive right of movement, except for the cases provided for in part 2 of article 12.13 and article 12.17 of this Code

- a warning or a fine of 500 rubles.
