Top 10 cars with the best driver assistants

For the fifth year in a row, Ward's Auto ranks vehicles with the best driver assistance technologies for internet connectivity, intuitive controls, voice control and infotainment systems. The models were selected after consultation with readers and after tests carried out by the publication team.

It turns out that social distancing and other issues consumers face have not changed consumer attitudes. A month ago, the publication published a rating of cars with the best interior, where 7 out of 10 models were SUVs. The result for models with the best driver assistants is identical - again 7 out of 10.

Initially, the list included 32 models, which were later reduced to 18 to select the top 10. They praised the usability of technologies such as touch screens, smartphone connectivity, voice-activated navigation, head-up display, and the effectiveness of driver assistance technologies such as adaptive cruise control and blind spot monitoring.

The top ten includes models of different classes and at different prices, but only one of them costs less than $ 30. They are listed in alphabetical order, followed by a US market price.
