Supercar Vega EVX presented in Geneva

Sri Lankan automaker Vega Innovations has promised to bring the Vega EVX, an electric supercar, to the Geneva Motor Show. This is the first model of the brand.

Vega Innovations appeared on the car market not so long ago - in 2014. In 2015, the brand announced the start of development of its first car, the Vega EVX. This is an exclusive model that not every car enthusiast can afford. It should be noted that visually it resembles Ferrari 458 Italy.

It is known that the car will be powered by two electric motors with a total capacity of 815 horsepower. The maximum torque is 760 Nm. The car accelerates to 100 km / h in 3,1 seconds.

There is no exact information on the battery. Some sources call the figure 40 kWh. The manufacturer himself claims that these will be only starting numbers, and it will be possible to choose from several options. Presumably, it will be possible to travel 300 km on a single charge. Opinions differ here, too, with some believing that the automaker will provide a battery with a range of 750 km.

When creating the body, carbon fiber was used. Motorists will be able to get to know the new product better at the Geneva Motor Show. At this event, such unusual specimens are often presented. It is worth saying that the Vega EVX is unlikely to surprise the public with anything: most likely, the car will have average characteristics for a supercar.
