Presidential crossover from VinFast

The Vietnamese company, which uses outdated BMW platforms for its vehicles, has unveiled another new vehicle. This time, this facelift of the popular LUX SA received a presidential version. The crossover will have a V-8 internal combustion engine that sits under the hood of the Chevrolet Corvette.

The novelty is called VinFast President. The most significant differences from the top-end LUX SA2.0 are the air intake cover, a completely new grille with a small mesh, 22-inch wheels and gold accents throughout the body.

Four tailpipes appeared at the rear. The manufacturer has not yet published photos of the salon, but it is expected that it will not differ significantly from that of LUX SA. However, the manufacturer announced that the cabin will be dominated by expensive leather and carbon fiber elements.

There is no technical data for the crossover, but most likely it will repeat the LUX V8 concept presented in the spring of 2019 at the Geneva auto show. The model was equipped with a motor (LS series from Chevrolet Corvette) with a volume of 6,2 liters. The engine develops 455 hp. and 624 Nm, which makes it possible to reach speeds of up to 300 km / h.
