29.1
A driver of a power-driven vehicle arriving in Ukraine from another country, as well as a driver who is a citizen of Ukraine traveling abroad, must have:
| a) | registration documents for a vehicle and driver's license that meet the requirements of the Convention on Road Traffic (Vienna, 1968); |
| b) | registration plate on the vehicle, the letters of which correspond to the Latin alphabet, as well as the identification mark of the state in which it is registered. |
29.2
A vehicle that has been in international traffic on the territory of Ukraine for more than two months must be temporarily registered with an authorized body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, except for vehicles owned by foreign citizens and stateless persons who are in Ukraine on vacation or under treatment with appropriate permits or other documents for the period determined by the State Customs Service.
