Traffic Laws. Traffic in the residential and pedestrian area.

26.1

Pedestrians are allowed to move in the residential and pedestrian area both along sidewalks and along the roadway. Pedestrians have an advantage over vehicles, but should not create unreasonable obstacles to their movement.

26.2

In the residential area it is prohibited:

a)transit traffic of vehicles;
b)parking of vehicles outside designated areas and their location, which complicates the movement of pedestrians and the passage of operational or special vehicles;
at)parking with a working engine;
d)training ride;
e)the movement of trucks, tractors, self-propelled machines and mechanisms (except for servicing facilities and citizens performing technological work or belonging to citizens who live in this zone).

26.3

Entry into the pedestrian zone is allowed only for vehicles serving citizens and businesses located in the specified area, as well as vehicles owned by citizens who live or work in this area, or cars (motorized carriages) marked with the identification mark "Driver with disabilities" driven by drivers with disabilities or drivers who transport passengers with disabilities. If there are other entrances to the objects located on this territory, drivers should use only them.

When leaving the residential and pedestrian area, drivers must give way to other road users.
