Traffic Laws. Driving on motorways and roads for cars.

27.1

When leaving the motorway or road for cars, drivers must give way to vehicles moving on them.

27.2

On motorways and roads for cars it is forbidden:

a)the movement of tractors, self-propelled machines and mechanisms;
b)the movement of freight vehicles with a permitted maximum mass of over 3,5 tons outside the first and second lanes (except for a left turn or a turn on roads for cars);
at)stop outside special parking lots indicated by road signs 5.38 or 6.15;
d)U-turn and entry into the technological gaps of the dividing strip;
e)backing up;
d)training ride.

27.3

On motorways, in addition to specially equipped places for this, it is prohibited to drive mechanical vehicles whose speed is less than 40 km / h in technical specifications or their condition, as well as driving and grazing animals in the right of way.

27.4

On motorways and automobile roads, pedestrians can cross the carriageway only through underground or elevated pedestrian crossings.

It is allowed to cross the carriageway for vehicles in specially designated places.

27.5

In the event of a forced stop on the carriageway of the motorway or road for cars, the driver must designate the vehicle in accordance with the requirements of paragraphs 9.9 - 9.11 of these Rules and take measures to remove it outside the carriageway to the right.
