Subaru has unveiled long-awaited pictures of the new Levorg STI 2021 station wagon. The official presentation of the novelty is scheduled for the Tokyo Motor Show.
Connoisseurs of Subaru cars are surely aware that the Levorg STI station wagon appeared on world roads for a relatively long time. The initial version of the car was finalized in 2019, and now the manufacturer has announced a completely updated version. He will see the world in 2021.
New technical features include electrical dampers. Besides, “on board” there will be a Drive Mode Select system. It allows the driver to select the driving mode. Each is a collection of presets for the engine, steering wheel, and so on. Other specifications have not yet been disclosed. The manufacturer has devoted the public only to the appearance of the car. Recall that the old Levorg STI Sport had 296 hp and 400 Nm of torque. The car was equipped with a 2-liter turbocharged engine. Demonstrating the civilian version of the Levorg, a Subaru spokesman let slip a new boxer 1,8-liter turbo engine, but no details were provided.
The standard version of Levorg will go on sale in the Japanese market in the 2nd half of 2020. Therefore, a sports variation can be expected closer to 2021.
