Tesla Model X 100D 2017 review: snapshot

The 100D is the city's Model X Sheriff's Deputy and costs $194,039. Only the P100D is over 100D, but you will pay almost $80k more for this performance version of this car.

This is a large all-electric SUV that comes standard with five seats but can be made with six or seven seats. Standard features include a huge 17-inch touchscreen, satellite navigation, a reversing camera, climate control, and seven more cameras configured so the car can be fully autonomous once the software is deployed.

Just to be clear, the Model X is an electric SUV. The 100D is powered by two electric motors, one on the front axle and the other on the rear axle, each with 193kW and 330Nm.

All-wheel drive and with impressive acceleration, the 100D can reach 0 km/h in 100 seconds.

The 100 kWh battery has a range of 565 km (NEDC), but for the real world, you need to reduce it by 100 km.
