Rear-view cameras get dirty very quickly in rain and mud. Nissan claim to have solved an issue with their new Note minivan.
Nissan offers a self-cleaning rearview camera for the next generation Note. Cleaning depends on the type of contamination: dust is removed with compressed air, stubborn dirt with water, and the remaining liquid is blown away. In case of rain, the water film covers the lens 180 degrees to prevent dripping.
A new reversing camera comes standard on modern Note equipment.
A new generation reversing camera is standard on the top version of the model, and in other modifications - as part of a security package for an additional fee.
