As for the cargo platform itself, it has practically not changed, except that the dimensions have increased by a couple of centimeters in length and also in width. The opening side, as before, can withstand up to 200 kg, but they decided to abandon the lowering window in the rear window.
Interior
The salon has also undergone significant changes in terms of both finishing materials and the overall design of the main panels. The center console has changed completely, it has a climate control unit, which is installed on the model Mitsubishi Outlander 2015... A multimedia system with a large touch screen appeared. Of the minuses, it is worth noting that all these devices are finished with glossy black plastic, which, with constant interaction, leaves scratches, traces of hands, and for this reason the panel will soon lose its original appearance.
The gear selector is surrounded by the same lacquered plastic. By the way, now there is only one gearbox lever, the transmission is now controlled not by a lever, but by a selector in the form of a washer.
The dashboard has also changed, but is still pretty basic. The indication of the transmission modes occurs as usual for all Mitsubishi models, using several diodes.

General impressions of the new Mitsubishi L200 2015
In general, the car remained the same stiff and rough to handle, as the wheel suspension remained almost unchanged, with the exception of a slight displacement of the attachment points of the rear springs. Unfortunately, the softness and smoothness of the course was not added. But do not forget that the 200 Mitsubishi L2015 is primarily a pickup, originally a commercial vehicle with all-terrain vehicles, and therefore it is worth pulling off the asphalt and feeling how the L200 is realizing its full off-road potential.
It is worth noting that, as in all previous models, the car shakes at low speeds and as soon as you add gas, the car becomes much smoother and quieter.
The car is equipped with an interaxle differential lock, a rear cross-axle lock, but an electronic system is responsible for locking the front differential, which works on the principle of locking and helps the car on serious off-road conditions.
A significant drawback is the weight of the car. The fact is that if the body is not loaded, then much less weight goes to the rear axle compared to the front axle, and given the large dead weight of the L200, when driving on a muddy track, the front wheels will dig in, and the rear will lack grip.
This problem can be solved by loading the body with an insignificant load, which will significantly improve off-road qualities. It is worth noting that from the 2015 model year, you can purchase the Mitsubishi L200 already on off-road tires.
