The Lexus RX has two new limited editions in the Japanese market. The Black Tourer and Elegant Tourer variants will complete the range and offer extensive equipment, a range of stylish accessories and a unique character. The new versions are available for both petrol and hybrid versions.

Black Tourer - contrasting colors and sporty styling

A variant called the Black Tourer gives the SUV a sporty character. The accessories are tasteful, and although they all feature contrasting colors, flashy colors are out of the question. The front of the body received a black-painted grille and a bumper of the same color. Elegant black also appeared on the mirror caps and the lower part of the rear bumper. The 20-inch wheels with 235/55 tires are also finished in high-gloss black.

Lexus RX Black Tourer - interior

The interior of the Lexus RX Black Tourer has also undergone corresponding changes. In the cockpit we find a sea of ​​high-quality leather in two colors. The seats are upholstered in black and white, and the dashboard is trimmed in black leather with light-coloured accents. Gray stitching is present on every element of the leather-trimmed interior. Heated and ventilated front seats are also standard – not only do they look great, they keep you comfortable no matter the weather.

Elegant Tourer creates a feeling of luxury

As the name suggests, this version is dedicated to elegance and prestige. The limited edition, focused on luxury, features a special Brilliant Silver lacquer. This one differs from the standard silver shade with an admixture of warm golden color. The color changes its face depending on how the light hits it, always retaining its warm nature. In addition to the special paint job, the Lexus RX Elegant Tourer features a matt silver painted grille. There is also a discreet dark front bumper skirt and a similar accent on the rear bumper. This version also comes standard with 20-inch alloy wheels with 235/55 R20 tires painted to match the body color.

Leather upholstery

From the interior at a glance it is clear that we are dealing with a special edition. The leather upholstery in Noble Brown is perforated and, as previously described, heated and ventilated. Its unique color immediately makes the interior of the RX even more cozy and luxurious. The brown leather tone runs across the seats, armrests, door panels and up to the top of the dashboard. All upholstery elements are also stitched with gray threads.

For buyers in the Land of the Rising Sun, two special versions are already available, and those who want a special Lexus RX Elegant Tourer or Black Tourer can choose from both the RX 450h and RX 300 versions with front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. While the vehicles are currently only offered in Lexus' home country, it is possible that over time they will appear in the brand's offer in other countries.
