Lamborghini unveils the most powerful car in its history

The Italian company has released information about the most powerful hypercar in the history of production. It is called the Essenza SCV12 and was designed by the sports department of Squadra Corse and design studio Centro Stile. This modification is a track model with a limited edition (circulation of 40 units).

The hypercar is built on the basis of the Aventador SVJ model and has the most powerful engine of the Italian brand - an atmospheric 6,5-liter. V12, which, thanks to the improved aerodynamics of the vehicle, develops power in excess of 830 hp. A low-drag exhaust system also helps improve performance.

The drive is to the rear axle using an Xtrac sequential gearbox. The suspension has special settings to ensure stability on the track. The car has magnesium wheels - 19-inch front and 20-inch rear. The rims are fitted with a Pirelli racing modification. The braking system is from Brembo.

Compared to the GT 3 class models, the novelty has a higher downforce - 1200 kg at a speed of 250 km / h. At the front there is a high-performance air intake - the same as the racing version of the Huracan. It directs the flow of cold air to the engine block and provides a more efficient heat exchange of the radiator. At the front there is a massive splitter, and at the rear there is a spoiler with automatic adjustment depending on the speed of the car.

The power-to-weight ratio is 1,66 hp/kg, achieved through the use of a carbon monocoque. The body is three-piece. After an accident at a competition, they are easy enough to replace. Carbon fiber is also used in the cabin, and the rectangular steering wheel with display is inspired by Formula 1 cars.

Special boxes equipped with cameras were prepared for future owners of Essenza SCV12 so that the buyer could watch his car around the clock.
