In 2015, the Priora model was replaced by a more modern sedan Lada Vesta. The body design of the model with the mythical name is based on the Lada X-Ray prototype, which was presented at the Moscow Motor Show three years earlier. Prior to this model, all Lada were based on the platform from the "eight". Starting with Vesta, the manufacturer builds models based on Renault's developments.

The first version of the model was equipped with only one engine modification, the volume of which is 1.6 liters. It works in tandem with 5-speed mechanics, which now uses a cable instead of metal rods.

The suspension and braking system remained typical of the budget B-class sedan models. The car frame became safer. So, now there are so-called crash boxes in the bumpers, thanks to which the blow is softened.

EQUIPMENT

The model is sold in three configurations. The most budgetary one includes power windows, heated front seats and side mirrors, optics are supplemented with daytime running lights, and halogen lamps are installed in the main headlights. The glove compartment is now heated, and in the air-conditioned version, even cooling is possible.

For an additional fee, the buyer gets a more comfortable multimedia system (7-inch screen = Bluetooth and USB support). The luxury kit offers side airbags, immobilizer, emergency button, etc.
