Short test: Nissan Juke 1.6i (86 kW) Visia

The answer is simple: too little. It is true that its price is about 1.500 euros lower, but in Juk it is not worth saving so much because the savings are not in the right place. Compared to the Acenta branded equipment, the first richer than the Visia, the base Juke lacks some of the elements that make you feel as comfortable as possible while driving. I certainly don't mean suspension or damping, they have remained completely unchanged.

But in a car with no speakerphone and no cruise control, I felt like I was being punished for not being "decent enough." Maybe there are other drivers who do not mind holding the steering wheel, direction indicator or gear lever with one hand, while pressing their mobile phone to their ear with the other and thinking that no one can see them (not even the police). But they do not care what happens on the road, and they do not know how happy they can be that everything went well again in a traffic jam.

The base Juke Visia also lacks air conditioning, which is of course an additional tax on the well-being of the driver and passengers.

Hence the conclusion is quite simple: in the base Juk with front-wheel drive and a gasoline engine, a more acceptable version with slightly better equipment.
