JAC iEV7s claims the title of "Car of the Year in Ukraine 2020"

It became known that the iEV7s model from the Chinese manufacturer JAC will take part in the vote “Car of the Year in Ukraine 2020”. This is a fully electric model, which, as practice has shown, was appreciated by Ukrainian car enthusiasts.

The iEV7s has a Samsung battery under the hood. A five-year warranty is provided on the battery. The battery has proven itself well in Ukrainian realities. It does not lose its positive qualities over time, it provides the power reserve declared in the documentation.

Battery capacity - 40 kWh. On one charge, the car travels 300 km according to the NEDC cycle. If the electric car is moving at a speed of 60 km / h and no more, the range increases to 350 km.

The battery charges in 5 hours (from 15% to 80%). These figures are relevant for charging from a home electrical outlet or a conventional charging station. If the energy supply is replenished at an accelerated station with a Combo2 connector, the period is reduced to 1 hour.

The maximum torque of the car is 270 Nm. Acceleration to 50 km / h takes 4 seconds. The car is not positioned as a very dynamic and high-speed vehicle, so the performance looks decent for its class. The maximum speed of the electric vehicle is 130 km/h. Battery car does not suffer from low temperatures. Protection is guaranteed by the thermal management system. The battery is under the body. This solution shifts the center of gravity of the electric car and provides the owner with more usable space.
