The second generation of the crossover from the K2 class BYD Tang appeared in 2018. Both at the front and at the rear, the model received a more aggressive appearance. Darkened lights appeared at the stern, connected by a solid LED strip. The rear bumper has become more massive, smoothly going under the optics. The dynamic and vibrant exterior, however, does not match the interior style. It has minimalism and strict outlines of key elements.

TECH SPECS:

Things are not so bright under the hood of the car. The engine compartment houses the familiar turbocharged 4-cylinder 2.0-liter engine. Transmission - only in one version. The unit works in conjunction with a preselective (double clutch) 6-position robot. Since the crossover is bought mostly for urban use, the front-wheel drive is quite enough to interest the practical buyer.

EQUIPMENT

Despite the rather restrained interior design, the car turned out to be interesting for a young audience. The reason for this is the huge (12.8-inch) tablet mounted on the center console. It vaguely resembles a key element of the interior of the popular American electric car. The option packages may include: climate control for two zones, blind spot control, video cameras around the perimeter, electric seat adjustment, keyless entry, etc.
