BMW 1 Series (BMW 1 Series) is a hatchback "C" class, which is equipped with front or all-wheel drive. The third generation F40 was presented in May 2019.

DIMENSIONS

In terms of dimensions, the 1-Series with the new F40 index has been slightly reduced. The engine is now positioned transversely, thanks to which it was possible to increase the distance between the rows by 33 mm: the rear passengers will no longer experience discomfort, resting their head against the ceiling. Getting in and out of the second row is now easier.

The car has also changed in appearance: now it resembles a flattened "two", albeit in the performance of the Active Tourer.

TECH SPECS:

The unit's engine lineup is opened by a three-cylinder 1,5-liter B38 petrol with a capacity of 140 hp. 220 Nm in the 118i version. Front-wheel drive, exclusively 6-speed manual.

Diesel versions: 1,5 (B37) - 116 HP 270 Nm (116d) and 2.0 (B47). Such cars can have both a 6-speed manual gearbox and an 8-speed "automatic".

The M135i and B48 versions develop 306 hp. and 450 Nm. Acceleration 0-100 - 4,8 sec.
