Recently, an annual Consumer Reports survey was conducted to get first-hand information about products and services. Interviewers interviewed hundreds of thousands of drivers from all over the world.

The most reliable cars in 2019 were recognized as cars produced by Lexus, Mazda and Toyota. Lexus' products received an average score of 81 out of 100. The automaker significantly outpaced its closest rivals: most of them scored 41-60 points.

Also, a rating of unreliable crossovers with mileage was compiled separately. The leaders were Hyundai Tucson, KIA Sportage and Dacia Duster. According to the reviews of motorists, these models have a serious decrease in technical performance over time. Tesla models were also noted. The manufacturer's electric car was included in the list of the best gadgets of the decade.
